Lead Craftsman / Senior Handyman — $28-$35/Hour Full-Time • Year-Round • North Atlanta / Roswell Area Ace Handyman Services Roswell is looking for an experienced Lead Craftsman to join our growing team. If you are an experienced residential craftsman who takes pride in doing quality work, communicating well with homeowners, and solving problems in the field, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, year-round position paying $35 per hour for an experienced professional. What You’ll Do You will perform a wide variety of residential repair, maintenance, remodeling and improvement projects for homeowners throughout the North Atlanta area. The ideal candidate can confidently handle multiple areas of residential construction and home repair and is comfortable working independently in customers’ homes. You may work on projects involving: • Carpentry and general home repairs • Drywall repair and installation • Painting and finishing • Doors, trim and molding • Flooring and tile • Kitchen and bathroom repairs and improvements • Deck and exterior repairs • Light plumbing and electrical work • Remodeling and renovation projects • Troubleshooting and solving unexpected problems in the field Lead-Level Responsibilities This position is more than simply completing repair tasks. The Lead Craftsman should be able to: • Evaluate residential repair and remodeling projects • Determine the best approach to completing a job • Communicate professionally with homeowners • Provide accurate information regarding the work required • Estimate materials, labor and project requirements • Maintain high standards of workmanship • Work efficiently while protecting the customer’s home • Help guide and support other craftsmen when needed • Represent the company professionally on every job What We’re Looking For You should have: • 5+ years of residential repair, remodeling or construction experience • Strong skills across multiple trades • Excellent carpentry and general home-repair abilities • The ability to troubleshoot problems independently • Good customer-service and communication skills • Professional appearance and attitude • Reliable transportation • Your own professional hand and power tools • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record • The ability to work independently while also being part of a team We are looking for a true professional craftsman, not someone who is simply looking for occasional handyman work.
