These placeholder Terms govern your use of Roswell, GA Jobs (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service; listings are user-submitted
Roswell, GA Jobs is a community job-listings board. Job posts and “looking for work” posts are submitted by users. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any listing, pay, or that any role is genuine or still open. We are a platform, not an employer or employment agency — see our listings disclaimer.
2. Accounts
Accounts are passwordless (magic link). You’re responsible for your email account and activity under your account, and for being legally able to work with the people you contact.
3. Acceptable use & prohibited content
You agree not to post or do any of the following:
- Sexual, adult-services, or explicit content.
- Discriminatory listings — content expressing a preference based on a protected class (sex, age, race, color, national origin, religion, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, etc.).
- Fraudulent, scam, or misleading posts; requests for money or fees from applicants.
- Spam, duplicate/bulk posting, or off-platform solicitation.
- Harassing, threatening, or unlawful content; impersonation; or anything that violates others’ rights.
- Scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to disrupt or probe the Service.
You represent that you own or are licensed to post the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to host and display it on the Service.
4. Our right to remove content & ban users
We may review, hold, edit, refuse, or remove any listing, and may suspend or ban users, at our discretion — including for violations of these Terms or the law, or to protect the community.
5. Payments
Searching, applying, and basic posting are free. Optional paid features (Boost, credit packs, the Always Hiring subscription) are billed via Stripe and, for subscriptions, renew until cancelled. Paid promotion does not guarantee applicants or hires.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for listings, hiring decisions or outcomes, the conduct of any user, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. See the listings disclaimer.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Georgia.
